At Solea Skincare, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare items, all sales are final unless specific conditions are met.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Product dissatisfaction or personal preference

  • Opened or used products

  • Products that were not used but are returned without defect

Defective or Damaged Packaging Only

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives with defective or damaged packaging, including:

  • Leaking containers

  • Broken or cracked packaging

  • Compromised seals

Products must be unused to qualify.

All returns must be pre-authorized before being sent back.

We may require photo or video evidence of the defect.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Request Deadline

  • You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Requests made after 10 days will not be approved

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

  • Solea Skincare is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Health & Hygiene Policy

For safety and sanitation reasons:

  • Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned

  • Skincare products are considered non-returnable once unsealed
